Pancake coils are usually used for installation in ACR systems. Nippon’s pancake coils are also used in the ACR appliances by OEM’s, provided in bright annealed form with the mirror finish.
Nippon’s pancake coils are single leveled which helps in easy transportation with economical packaging. Controlled furnace is designed to equip in such a way that it maintains pancake copper coil’s shape as it annealed, minimizing any coil distortion.
